Fishkill Farms

Fishkill Farms is a beautiful organic farm and farm store in Hopewell Junction, NY. The immaculately kept farm store on site is open year round, 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm. But save your visit for the nicer weather because from June to November, Fishkill Farms has all kinds of Pick Your Own organic fruits and vegetables on offer.

On weekends and some holidays, the farm also has an onsite applewood grill offering lunch options, as well as kiosks offering homemade cider donuts and hand-made Hudson Valley ice cream.

Of course, fall is a particularly wonderful time to visit any apple farm, and Fishkill Farms is no exception. During their Fall Festival weekends, there are hayrides, live music, a hard cider garden from Treasury Cider, corn hole, and plenty of good cheer. On our recent mid October visit, there were still plenty of apples to pick, as well as hot peppers and kale. We also loved visiting the farm animals that call Fishkill Farms their home. And my kids could have spent the entire day at the farm’s hay jump!

Fishkill Farms is located at 9 Fishkill Farms Road about 15 minutes from Beacon, NY. They are open daily from 9am to 6pm and offer Pick Your Own from 9am to 5pm in season. There is a $5 admission free to Pick Your Own for guests over age 12. Unlike some other farms, Fishkill will charge you by the weight if you don’t want to fill up an entire bag of apples - we really appreciated that.
