Magazzino Italian Art
Magazzino Italian Art is a three year old, super modern and stunning museum dedicated to educating the American public on post-war and contemporary Italian art. The grounds are beautiful, the 20,000 warehouse style museum is beautiful and we saw some truly beautiful art on our visit.
If all that isn’t enough, Magazzino sits on acres of land that include picnic tables, a few random swings hung from trees and most interestingly, a whole bunch of Sardinian donkeys.
The museum is FREE to visit and for now, advance registration for timed entry is required.
While in Cold Spring, be sure to walk along the beautiful main street, shopping and eating at all the lovely small businesses.
