In 2016, a former Fortina chef went out on his own to open a sandwich shop in Eastchester. While that doesn’t sound like big news, it actually is. These sandwiches, deliciously composed and made to order with high quality ingredients, are insanely good. We were fans of Mason Sandwich Co. from its earliest days and after revisiting more recently, I can definitively say that the word is out on how good these sammies are.
