It’s been a full DECADE (gasp!) since I moved from my home state of New York to the neighboring state of Connecticut. And during all that time, I’ve failed to publicly declare my love for the City of Norwalk.

Norwalk can be gritty and grubby, especially when compared to its glamorous, chic neighbors like New Canaan and Westport. I’m a city girl at heart and for a small city in CT, Norwalk packs a lot of punch. Every local parent owes some of his or her sanity to Stepping Stones Museum and the Maritime Aquarium - two spots in South Norwalk (aka SoNo), a fantastic neighborhood to walk around and eat and drink your way through.
